I ship worldwide and offer the following shipping options.
FLAT RATE: This delivery option is available for the UK and for small paintings to Europe and the USA
LOCAL PICK UP: This option is available for all categories of work (Small, medium and large sizes). It is the only option available for large works and medium works that require International delivery. This is because the delivery costs will vary, particularly for medium and larger works, but also for smaller international deliveries. Where LOCAL PICKUP is selected as the delivery option the purchaser can either arrange collection in person or via a courier from my studio in St Leonards, East Sussex or I can quote for delivery either prior to or after the purchase via email.
*International Delivery: Please note that International deliveries may incur additional import, duty and VAT charges calculated at the destination country and are to be paid by you, the purchaser.
Parcels may be sent using Parcelforce, Fedex and specialist art carriers where required and will be tracked and signed for. Larger/multiple works are sent and tracked via courier.
All works are shipped flat with solid protective packaging.
Once your order has been dispatched, where possible you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey status.
Delivery time
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.
For already framed works listed on my online store, the above delivery time applies. For orders where framing is required, additional delivery time may be required due to framers’ lead times and will be discussed and confirmed on an individual basis.
RETURNS
Please contact me with your order number/proof of purchase on info@daviddrey.com if you wish to process a return.
You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item and are advised to use a tracked service. I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to returned artwork whilst in transit and do not guarantee that your returned item will be received.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that artworks not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to my error are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping return costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are not currently accepted.
* At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.

Every effort is made to display colours as accurately as possible; however, different devices display colour differently and may therefore vary. Payment will confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of this.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are taken through Stripe in UK pounds from your credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Do you offer framing?
If you would like to have your work framed, please get in touch. I am happy to help with framing or offer advice on framing options.

A selection of works may be available readily framed and this will be clearly indicated in the description.
Can I commission artwork?
